In the Contacts section you'll find all settings that are relevant for contact management.

## Contact Categories

All Contact Categories can be used for Company contact, crewing or purchase contacts.

Categories in gray letter are system categories and name cannot be changed.

With `New` a new category can be added and with `Edit/Rename` all categories can be changed.  
Only categories which are not in use can be deleted.   
System categories can never be deleted.

## Contact Responsibilities
**Responsibilities** are available for Contacts only (not for companies). 

## Address Types

## Correspondence Languages

All languages that are needed in the system have to be collected here. This is not for languages in which the system is installed.

## Transportation Types

For all crew changes a transportation type can be managed. The transportation types are arbitrary. With `New` a transportation type can be added and with `Rename/Edit` the name of the transportation type can be changed. Only transportation types which are not in use can be deleted. 

## Event Types

Event types are in use for all communication notes. The names of event types are arbitrary. With `New` an event type can be added and with `Rename` the name of the event type can be changed. Only event types which are not in use can be deleted.

## Event Results

All possible results of events can be added with `New` and names can be changed with `Rename`. Only event results which are not in use can be deleted.

## Comment Types

For all comments in the system, types have to be used. All possible comment types can be added with `New` and can be changed with `Edit`. Only comment types which are not in use can be deleted. For each comment type a Right Level has to be given. 

## Activity Categories

All Activity Categories are arbitrary. For adding and changing the Categories use `New` and `Rename`. Only Categories which are not in use can be deleted.

## Rating Types

All Rating Types are arbitrary. For adding and changing the types use `New` and `Edit`. Only Rating Types which are not in use can be deleted.

## Rating Intervals

All Rating Intervals are arbitrary. For adding and changing the types use `New` and `Edit`. Only Rating intervals which are not in use can be deleted.

All rating intervals have a start and end decimal number. As all ratings are an average of all raters, the rating result will be mostly a decimal number.

## Rating Warning Level

For Purchase and Crewing a decimal number can be given. Supplier or Agents which are under this average rating level will be displayed in System “Please note … rating is bad!”.
