You can create and send e-mails directly from a selected contact record. With the function `E-Mails` you have access to all functions for sending e-mails and for viewing e-mails that have been sent or received before.

The ZeeBORN system provides an integrated e-mail client but also supports your existing e-mail client as long as this supports the MAPI standard. The availability of the integrated e-mail client depends on your license.

While using a MAPI compliant e-mail client like Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird or similar, the system will only store the e-mail text to the database as it has been created by the system and has been transmitted to the MAPI e-mail client. The system will not be able to detect if the e-mail content has been changed before sending it. The full tracking of e-mail content is only available with the integrated e-mail client.
