# Voyage Schedule Overview

There is the option to display a Voyage Schedule overview for all ships or an individual ship. For this purpose, you have to select the required ship for monitoring the Voyage Schedule of this selected ship.

Select `Configuration` -> `Site/Ships` -> `Specified Use` and assign `Voyage Schedule overview`

The overview shows all existing Voyage Schedule entries. Therefore, the status of entries has to be assigned in the configuration before (see Configuration -> Voyage Schedule Status) as well as the end date has to be assigned within a specified period (today + Preview Days).

## Preview Days

The user’s own, self-selected Preview Days will be managed and displayed in the Voyage Schedule Overview.

Use `Fleet Status` -> `Configuration`.

Choose tab `Voyage Schedule` to get an overview of the current Voyage Schedule status.

In a similar form, this overview may be presented on a large-screen TV. This function gives all employees the opportunity to get an overview about the Voyage Schedule of all ships of the fleet and the status of all activities on board.
