## Distribute and Review Inspection Reports

In some cases office may decide to distribute inspection reports [completely or single items only] which are considered applicable to the fleet (to be done after Final Verification once inspection reports are located under “Fleet Info” folder
All sites are requested to check the folder “Fleet Info” / “new” prior after every data transfer import and review the assigned reports. This review has to be confirmed by pushing the button “Review”.
Afterward the report will move under the folder “Fleet Info” / “reviewed” where it will always be accessible for the ship’s crew:
In the office all inspection reports will be allocated under the „Fleet Info“ folder until they are reviewed by all assigned sites. Once review is completed on all sites, the report will move to the “Closed Inspections” folder.

## Confirm Inspection Reports

All inspections with status “completed on board” have to complete in office too. After this the inspection moves to folder “Final Verification”. If configuration

All inspections have a final verification. The inspection is finished after this.

## Distribute Inspection Reports

Only inspections in folder “Fleet info” can be distributed. All inspections have to be reviewed. Inspection move to folder “Closed Inspections”, when all distributing sites are reviewed. Here you can find the inspection in folder of the year where the inspection where closed. All closed inspections can be reopened.
