A newly created report is initially displayed under "Open" in the tree.
The damaged items are arranged below the actual report.
The Damaged Items display for each report shows whether attachments are directly assigned to an item.
Click on the icon to display the attachments.
Under (3) you will find the attachments directly assigned to the report.
Comments (5) and reminders (4) can be entered for each report.
The TAN is being built – the serial number depends on the year and the vessel.
Currently, a Stevedore Damage Report can still be created in the office for testing purposes – this will be hidden later.
The person who created the report is stored – the person who saw/reported the damage is still missing.
## Damaged Item

If you switch to the damaged item in the tree, you will see an overview of the individual damages:
Here, too, there are attachments (now only those for the damaged item), comments, and reminders for the damaged item.
