The OfficeSync tool is used for synchronizing the office database with an external office database. The synchronization is a one-way process - updates will be sent only; no updates will be received from the external office database.

A typical use case for the OfficeSync tool is providing and updating database content on an external server that's used for further processes (feeding website data, external data analysis tools etc.).
