If a Voyage Schedule Entry already exists for a vessel, some data will be taken over from the last existed Voyage Schedule entry. These are the following data:
1. the last port
1. the last end date will be set as new start date

Depending on the selected status (e.g. port stay), the form will change its appearance.

Is the status a „One Port“ status (see [Configuration](https://docs.zeeborn.info/administration/configuration/sites/#voyage-schedule-status)), the areas „Start“ and „End“ will be replaced by an individual area „Port“.
The area „Crew Change“ will be displayed only if the status has been assigned before and a crew change will be allowed.
Once a Port containing a default Agent is selected, you can choose the item by default.
There is the option to change the selection you made.
If the configuration of the status does not manage the berthing time so it is only necessary to record the Start and End date.
