# Drill Plan - Configuration general


Close after approval on board	Drill will be closed with "approved on board"

# Drill Groups

All Drill Groups are arbitrary. Hit button Newto enter a Drill Group and perhaps add a description. Confirm it with Save. Remark: You can only delete Drill Groups which are not be used in the system.

# Drills

All Drills are arbitrary. For adding and changing the Drills use New and Edit. For each drill a description and Check days (unplanned drills) can be given. If check days are defined, all unplanned drills of this type will be checked, if a planned drill is in these days available for execution. If the checkbox set as inactive will be marked, the drill will be set inactive. For each drill document can be attached. Only Drills which are not in use can be deleted. To each Job card one or more Sub Job cards can be added. With Share Overview all job cards can be printed and saved. With Share selected Details all details of a job card can be printed or saved.

Check Days (unplanned Drills)	will be record an unplanned drill, the system checks if there is a planned drill in the specified period with +/- check days – and the planned drill will be shown

# Emergency Equipment

All Emergency Equipment is arbitrary. For adding and changing the Emergency Equipment use New and Edit. Or Emergency Equipment a sort order can be given. Only Emergency Equipment which is not in use can be deleted.

# Configure Check Days

Here, you can configure Check Days for drills. The drills carried out are linked in the tree and will be displayed in the 3 following sub folders:
