# Traveling

The Traveling sections contains configuration settings mainly used by the Crewing module.

# Airports

In the Airports editor you can define the airports to be available in the system.

IATA The unique IATA code of airport has to be added
airport Name of the airport has to be added
City City of the airport can be added
Country Country of the airport can be added
Inactive All airports are already in use can be set as inactive

# Deleting Airports

The deleting of an airport will be blocked by the system as soon as an airports entry has been used by the system modules (e.g. airport is assigned to a crew member in the Crewing module). All airports are already in use can be set as inactive.

# Ports

In the Ports Editor you can define the ports to be available in the system. All ports in the list are organized by country and may also provide further information like relevant airports and agents.

Inactive All ports are already in use can be set as inactive
port Name of the port has to be added
Country Country of the port can be added
5 letter code 5 letter code of the port can be added
Is War Risk port is defined from authority as "War Risk"

# Deleting Ports

The deleting of a port will be blocked by the system as soon as a ports entry has been used by the system modules (e.g. port is assigned to a voyage schedule entry or port of delivery in the Purchasing module).All ports are already in use can be set as inactive.

# Relevant Airports

The list of relevant airports contains all the airports that might be relevant for instance for crew changes in a selected port. This list can contain one or more airports and you may also define one of the airports as the default airport to be used.

The list of airports must be already filled with valid data before an airport can be assigned to a port. See also Airports.

# Relevant Agents

The list of relevant agents contains all the agents that might be relevant for instance for crew changes or other tasks in a selected port. This list can contain one or more agents and you may also define one of the agents as the default agent to be used.

The agents must be already defined in the system configuration.

Hit button Set as default for pre selection of an agent.
