# Sites Missing in Site Selection

The database replication is available only for sites with a valid license. Sites created manually in the Administration tool will not be enabled automatically for database replication as long as this site has no valid license.

# Reasons and Solutions

If you are sure about having a valid license for the site in question, please check if the newest license files are installed on your server.The newest license keys will be installed with the latest setup program. You may install the latest known setup again to ensure the proper installation of all licenses you have purchased.

If you are not sure about having a valid license, please check with ZeeBORN support if a license has been already issued. You can request an resending of the latest license key package (if already purchased) or you can purchase the missing licenses - newly purchased licenses will be made available with 1 working day.

# Time Gaps in Imports

While starting the import of a transfer package you get an error message about a time gap between the last imported data and the new transfer you are about to import.

# Reasons and Solutions

A typical reason for this warning is the skipping of incoming transfer files. This skipping might occur just by forgetting to import all incoming transfer files. In other cases a transfer file might get lost on the way to you (e.g. problems with e-mail transfer etc.).

To avoid this warning, please make sure that all transfer files will be imported in the same sequence the files have been created.

Further options are:

1. Try to find the missing transfer file and import this first.
2. Request another transfer from the site you are receiving the transfer from. The sender will have to initiate a manual transfer by using the "Recover" option (see Transferring changes to other sites for more details). That means: he will create a transfer file while setting the start date of data to be considered for the transfer manually. Give him the "last import date" shown in the warning message as the starting point for the new transfer.
