# Useful Functions

Function	Description
Manage Supplier	If you have the appropriate right, you can create and edit contacts directly in the Contact Manager from here.
Refresh	If the screen does not show the current changes, "Refresh" can be used to force an update.
Share	With “Share”, data can be printed or saved.
Show History	This allows the whole history of the process to be displayed.
Attachments	Attachments can be added to each operation. If attachments already exist, they can be displayed or deleted.
