# Configuration

The Contacts Configuration feature allows the management of office management related basic data like contact categories, address types and correspondence languages. Please note that some entries in the configuration module are blocked against modification or deletion. These are so called system entries that are used internally by the ZeeBORN system.

Function	Description
Category	Manage contact categories e.g. supplier, crew member, agents etc.
Correspondence Language	Manage active correspondence language.
Address Types	Manage address types used in the system, e.g. home address, business address.
Comment Types	Manage comment types.
Transportation Types	Manage contacts transportation types.
Required Fields	Manage contact details required fields e.g. last name etc.
E-Mail Template Categories	Manage E-Mail templates categories.
E-Mail Templates	Manage E-Mail Templates.
Event Types	Manage Event Types for activities.
Event Results	Manage Event Results for activities.
Activity Categories	Manage Activity Categories.
Activity Templates	Manage Activity Templates.
