# Add a Planned Inspection

Audits, Inspections, Management of Change and Condition of Class can be planned via the report "Planned Audits (or Inspections or Management of Change or Condition of Class)" described in here by just setting the date for the new planned event which is, however, usually done by office side. Note: If an planned event is already planned you will – after selection of planned event type (Point 1) – see the following window where you can select the corresponding planned event and continue as usual. Don’t forget to hit Get Title after filling all fields in order to update inspection title accordingly. Or All reports created with New will be automatically go the the planning routine.
