Forms & Checklists
The system includes a form manager that allows to store and manage various types of forms to be used in other parts of the system. Currently the Form Manager supports Acrobat Reader Forms (PDF), Microsoft Word documents and Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to be used as form templates.
Forms can be used later on in various workflows for collecting additional data that are not collected by the system itself (e.g. checklists, oil sample reports etc.). After filling out a form the form will be stored internally as a separate file.
The system provides a built-in editor for the supported file formats. So even if the related application is not installed on the system, the user fill be able to fill out the forms.
