# Maintenance Report (MaintReport.exe)

The MaintReport.exe is an external tool for creating planned maintenance related statistic reports for all active vessels in a fleet.

# Installation

The tool is not part of the normal ZeeBORN software and needs to be installed separately. A download link can be requested from ZeeBORN support.

After downloading the tool, the archive needs to be extracted to folder %zeebornclient%\bin.

# Usage

• Select start month, end month and year
• Click on Create Report
• A vessel selection dialog appears where you can select the vessels to be included in the report. A pop-up menu (right mouse-click) is available for selecting all/selecting none and inverting the selection.
• The creation of the report may take a while - depending on the number of vessels in the fleet.
• After creation of the report, the results can be exported to Excel with the button Save to Excel
