Redelivery/Repair Codes

The codes used when a part is landed for repair or returned. The list is arbitrary and set up per company.

Field	Description
Code	The short code itself.
Redelivery Name	What the code stands for, in plain words.
Redelivery Type	Which kind of movement the code belongs to.

New creates a code, Edit changes one, and Delete removes it. Save keeps the change, Cancel discards it.
