# Pivot Grid

If you want to check the current status of your budgets, use the tab Pivot Grid in the main window to see a list of all accounts with their limits and accumulated booking entries and resulting remaining budget. As the preparation of this list may take some time you will have to click the button load for selecting the desired report and for starting the evaluation of the available data.

if you click the button Show Chart, the lower part of the results screen shows than the status of your accounts as a chart. The size of the data grid and the chart can be adjusted by moving the splitter control available between the list and the chart. Reporting

Reporting is a pivot grid where anyone can compile the reports as needed. These can be saved with "Save Configuration" and reloaded at any time with "Open Configuration".

A few reports have already been prepared in reporting.

"Load all" draws the reports for all assigned accounts for all sites and with "Load selected" sites, departments and accounts can be selected. The reports can be changed with drag & drop.

Bookings

The totals of the values of the postings are displayed sorted by months. 2. Budget

The limits and the sum of the bookings per site for the Cost Department/ Cost Accounts are displayed. In addition, it is displayed what percentage of the limit has already been consumed.

Budget (Quarterly)

The limits and the sum of bookings per quarter for the Cost Department/ Cost Accounts/ Site are displayed. In addition, it is displayed what percentage of the limit has already been consumed.

Overview (used accounts only)

All data of the cost accounts used can be displayed. Full Overview

Cost Account Overview

For a specific site, the cost of a period of time can be displayed for a cost account. Transaction Overview

You can make a list of all transactions with invoices for specific sites and a certain period of time EUR to USD Overview

For selected sites, for certain cost accounts, all costs in EUR can be displayed for a certain period of time with the corresponding conversion to USD.

The report can be created for any required currency.
