# Transactions

All bookings can be displayed for a certain period of time. By default, the current year is entered. When loading, you can distinguish between active and inactive sites. The button "Show inactive sites only" must be pressed so that only the inactive sites are displayed. Then you can select either all sites or specific sites in the "Sites" field in the corresponding selection. The bookings can be grouped by "Site", Site and then Account or by Cost Department, then Cost Account and then Site. By default, the grouping by site is set. If required, the suppliers can be displayed with "Show Supplier" or "Show Pagination Number" or, if the module "Invoice Registrator" is used, the pagination number can be displayed in the bookings. With "Load" the bookings are loaded. With "New" manual bookings can be added. These are marked with a "G". With "Edit" manual postings can be edited and deleted with "Delete". The site, booking date, cost department, cost account and title must be entered. In addition, the currency must be selected and the amount entered. For this purpose, remarks can be added and documents can be attached. The booking can be marked as an amount for a shipyard and/or as "Budget Critical". A remark can be given for "Budget Critical".

# Manual Booking

If you want to add a budget record or you want to modify an existing record you will have to choose the Transactions tab sheet in the main window. Click the button New if you want to add a new record or click the button Edit for modifying an existing, manually record. The availability of these functions depends on the access rights assigned to your user account.

In the details view you will have to choose the site, a booking date and a account first. Enter a title to be shown in the budget overviews and the relevant cost values. Entering a description is optional. All entries will be entered in your main currency of your company. Foreign currency values received from external applications will be automatically converted to your main currency.
