# Signatures

Starting with version 26.4 the software allows to add signatures not only by importing an image file containing the signature, but also to acquire a signature with a connected signature pad.

# Supported Devices

At the moment only models signotec Sigma LITE and signotec Sigma are supported. ZeeBORN provides a repacked installer for all required drivers and automatic configuration - no additional software or drivers are required.

# Usage

As soon as a compatible signature pad is connected to the PC, all features in the ZeeBORN software that allow the addition of a signature to a document or task will automatically show the optional function for acquiring the signature via the connected signature pad. If this option is selected, the user will be guided through the process of using the signature pad. The signature will be stored in the ZeeBORN database as an encrypted image and will be added and shown in documents and tasks where defined.
