ADS
ADS is the abbreviation for Advantage Database Server and is a database server software from SAP. It's the database engine used until 2021 for all ZeeBORN applications for storing data.

ART (average running time)
The average running time (ART) is used for calculating a machinery components next schedules for maintenance jobs. For example: a maintenance job defined as to be done every 48 hours will be added to the schedules list if the component is in operation 24 hrs per day. If the component would run only 12 hours per day, the necessary maintenance job would be added to the schedules list every 4 days (= 4 x 12 hrs/d).

Free Line Item
The term "Free Line Item" is used in the Purchasing module for line items that do not have a relation to any other entries in the system. Usually a line item relates to an article in Stock Control, a maintenance job in the Maintenance module as part of a service order or a machinery component in the Maintenance module.
Free line items do not produce any tracking information in the system that could be used for consumption statistics and similar reports.
