# Problem

After reading about a feature in the documentation you might experience that this feature is not available as expected.

# Reasons and Solutions

There is more than one possible reason why this can happen:

1. You might not have the access right for accessing this feature. Please contact your administrator.
2. The feature you are looking for might not be available during the current phase of the work flow (e.g. the "Approve" button for a document is no longer available after approving a document).
3. You might have a limited edition of the ZeeBORN System where this feature is generally not available. But in those cases you will usually find a remark in the section where this feature is described.
