# Stock Tracking/Inventory

Changes of a stock item's quantity are tracked automatically. This includes

• using of stock items as spare parts (if reported as usage in a maintenance report)
• manual adjustments
• manual adjustments with exception reports
• received stock items as part of a delivery

The tracking information are shown in the details screen for each article. Related reports can be accessed via the Lists function.
