Reports
Voyage Activity Report
This report lists one row per port activity across the fleet: which ship performed which activity in which port, in which period, together with the remarks and cargo details recorded in the voyage schedule. It answers questions like where did we load dirty cargo this year or how often did our ships call at this port for repairs without going through each ship's schedule one by one.
Site Management → Ship/Site Status → select a ship → ribbon tab Voyage Schedule → Reports → Voyage Activity Report
The ribbon tab appears only with a ship selected
The Voyage Schedule tab is shown once a ship is selected in the tree. Without a selected ship there is no tab and therefore no way to the report.
Before loading you can narrow the result down:
Click Load to build the report.
Each row shows the ship, port and country, the ETA and ETD of the port stay, the activity with its remarks, the cargo details (type of cargo, and whether it was dangerous, clean or dirty cargo), the general remarks of the schedule entry, the number of crew, guests and external persons recorded, and whether the entry was a transit.
The column layout can be adjusted like in every other grid, and saved and reloaded with the grid-settings buttons. Share exports the report, including to Excel and PDF.
Please note: only executed schedule entries with at least one port activity appear - entries without activities are not listed. The report is read-only; voyages and activities are still edited in the ship's voyage schedule itself.
