Tab "General"

Today is always shown as the damage date. The date can be changed. Please fill in "Damage Time". Title, Stevedores Company, Description of Damage, Cause of Damage and Voyage Number have to be filled in with free text. "Charterer Information" one checkbox has to checked.

Checkbox	Description
Enter Charterer	Name of Charterer has to filled in.
Select Charterer	Name of Charterer can be selected from "Contact Manager".
Select Charter Party	Charter Party can be selected from "Charter Party".

Select Charter Party is only offered where the Charter Party module is in use. If the damage date falls within a charter party currently running for this vessel, that one is preselected — check it and change it if the damage belongs to another.
