Select My Ships

Available in Office only.

For an easier work with our system, we have the function “select my ships”. With one click all preferred ships are selected.

Configuration

Click either on the Configuration button in the overview or on Configuration in the respective modules in the office.
In the configuration tree, you will find the required configuration Configure User Ships (located in System).
Click the button Edit to choose your required ships. With Save all changes will be taken over. Hit Cancel and all changes will be ignored.

Use "Select my Ships" in the modules

Hit button Select my Ships to preselect your preferred ships.

In the open Drill Plan module you can see all Drills. It is possible to change the view. Select single groups to see only all drills of a group or select special types to see only all drills of this type.

Drugs & Alcohol

To request an internal test by the office hit the button "Request".

Incident Reporting

The incident reporting module is the central place for managing near misses, accidents and so on.

Risk Management

With the update of the ISM code on the 01st of July 2010 operational risk assessment became a mandatory part of the code and all operators had to comply.

Today is always shown as the damage date. The date can be changed. Please fill in "Damage Time". Title, Stevedores Company, Description of Damage, Cause of Damage and Voyage Number have to be filled in with free text.

In Office you can select which sites will be shown. On board the vessel is already selected.
