# Useful Functions

Function	Description
Refresh	If the screen does not show the current changes, "Refresh" can be used to force an update.
Share	With the button “Share”, data can be printed or saved.
Share Grid	A list of all bookings can be printed or saved.
Share Details	The details of the booking on which the cursor is located can be printed or saved.
Show History	This allows the whole history of the process to be displayed.
Attachments	Attachments can be added to each operation. If attachments already exist, they can be displayed or deleted.
Show Inactive	When function is in use, all closed contracts will be shown also.
The function is in use when the button will be yellow.

# Grid Layout & Settings

The grid layout can be set as needed.

The system goes to the next contract which can be closed. Please note: All contracts without a date in “first date notice allowed” can be closed.

If a date in “Contract End” is insert, the function closes the contract automatically, when the date is in the past.
