A Management of Change documents a planned change and its assessment. Records in other modules can refer to such a document instead of describing the change again.

Use Link Document on the record. All Management of Change reports are offered for selection; picking one links it to the record.

Which reports appear is a matter of configuration: an audit type is marked as a Management of Change type, and reports of that type then show up here. Where the configuration allows it, other report types can be offered as well — so the selection may contain more than Management of Change alone.

The link is a reference, not a copy: the report stays where it is, and opening it from here shows its current state.

If the selection is empty or a report you expect is missing, the cause is usually one of two: no report of a suitable type exists for this vessel yet, or the type is not marked as usable here in the configuration.
